I live in Florida but I'm originally from México City, reason why I felt inspired to collaborate with the Otomí artisans from México and created NNDØ HÜNI, which means pillow in Otomí.
Every purchase of these delightful embroideries from our customers around the globe, is helping our Otomí artisan partners who live in native communities in the remote mountains of the Mexican Plateau. Otomí people are very proud to know that their work is going to places they'd never thought they could reach out before, thank you for choosing us to be part of your home.
All our Otomí embroideries are one-of-a-kind timeless pieces. The Otomí's embroidery skills are traditions that had passed down from generations. The quality in the craftsmanship comes from the passion of their traditions.
These Otomí embroideries are brought to our hometown in Florida and sewn into various decor pieces, we embellish every single piece by either sewing them into selected fabrics, colorful trims or by adding high quality finishes.
